Squirrel Treefrog(Hyla Squirella)
the smaller of the two the male goes on top of the female. the male puts his forelimbs on the trunk of the female. Fertilization takes place out side the body of the female. Frogs don't have penises so the female lays the egg and the male puts sperm on the eggs and they are fertilized.
Ring tailed Lemur(Lemur Catta)
Breeding season runs from April to May. During this time a female when the female vagina opens up a few hours a day this is called estrus. the female mates with many males during this time. This estrus happens on different days for every female. The male gets on top of the female and inserts his penis into her he then ejaculates releasing sperm. Scent is greatly involved in Courtship. Males will leave their pheromones to mark their territory this helps her get into a state of estrus.
Clown Fish(Amphiprioninae)
the biggest female is the most dominant in a group. At first clown fish are born male but over time the mature into females. When a female dies in a group the most dominant male turns into a female. Reproduction is externally. The female lays eggs and the male fertilizes them. The male then watches and protects the egg until it hatches in six to ten days.
